The family touch! Many people there know me by name and are always friendly and helpful . I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I think they are awesome. I wrote this review because I had run across all the poor reviews above it.

The Best Pharmacy!!! I love all of the staff. They are so kind, call you by name when you walk in and actually care about their customers. A wonderful experience in comparison to those chain pharmacies. Truly, I can not say enough. Thank you!

The friendliest staff in town works at this pharmacy. They are incredibly approachable and nice! Every time I have a question, they truly take the time to respond and make sure I understand everything before moving on. highly advisable

My Wife and I purchased a wheel walker for her Mom, 2 weeks later Mom said it wasn't quite what she wanted, I took it back and was surprised there was no problem with returning it, and they had another one that was perfect, the biggest surprise was I didn't have the receipt and the awesome gentleman that helped us the first time understood and allowed us to just exchange it. My Mother in Law has been through allot lately and having someone just get it was amazing...Thank you..Thank you!!

I would say this is the best pharmacy in Santa Clarita Valley in my opinion, especially in The Newhall area. This pharmacy has a lot of different things that other pharmacies do not have. They have a lot of holistic healing options. They have some wheelchairs that are pretty cool as well. Staff was always nice and friendly. They just opened a new juice bar as well which seems pretty cool.

I LOVE this pharmacy!! There are never long lines for dropping off or picking up my prescriptions. Both pharmacists are good, but Kim is my favorite. She is SO knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. (I ask a lot of questions). The other people that work in the pharmacy are always friendly and treat me like a human being, not some random customer they have to service and get rid of as quickly as possible. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Valencia Pharmacy is amazing to work with! I worked with both Tammy and David to order a lift chair and wheelchair for a neighbor moving into an assisted living facility. They helped me so much with all the paperwork and were able to get me the delivery within 2 days. The team here is so knowledgeable about Medicare rules and DME products which made my experience seamless. Valencia Pharmacy provides a much needed and appreciated service to SCV and I cannot thank them enough!!

Called in to ask about crutches for my son and I spoke with Omar whom was extremely helpful. Not only did he verify they had the side I needed in stock but when when I arrived to purchase them, Omar already had the crutches waiting by the cash register. Super friendly and helpful and because of Omar I have what my son needs. Thank you so much!

I have been getting my wife's medication here for a few months, and this place has been a real life-saver. We've had trouble for many years trying to find a Pharmacy that can make my wife's specialty compounded medication because of her sensitivity to many ingredients. Megan in the pharmacy has always been the most helpful and caring person I've ever spoken to at any pharmacy. She is so knowledgeable about her profession and always takes the time to listen and work with us. My wife has never had an issue with any of her orders. We couldn't be more pleased with the service at Valencia Pharmacy

I can not praise Nicolette enough for her extraordinary customer service, and true understanding of importance of crucial medications that are necessary for patients wellness. Every interaction with her has been satisfactory.
